[22:17:52] <jjb_lyceum> i always make a query of "orphan tickets", which are tickets that don't belong to currently unfinished milestones. i do this manually with "milestone is not blah or blah or blah..." and have to change it every time i finish a milestone. not a huge deal, but is there a better way to do this?
