[02:03:23] <asmodai> testing, and then regularly scheduling or whenever you feel like it
[02:03:27] <mitsuhiko> wasn't there a buildbot plugin for trac?
[02:03:46] <asmodai> bitten?
[02:04:54] <omry> anyone knows a little about the xmlrpc plugin?

[05:09:52] <blinx> so I need a copy of the svn
[05:09:54] <blinx> hmm
[05:10:13] <blinx> can I synchronize the svn repo with me?
[05:10:32] <pygi> probably with svk or something
[05:10:50] <pygi> blinx, there is something in the works outside of trac project for remote svn, but dunno it's url
[05:11:33] <blinx> do you have some additional information for better search?
[05:12:32] <pygi> blinx, ehm, not really
[05:12:48] <blinx> I don't know what I have to enter in google
[05:13:08] <misc> search for bug report in trac own bugtracker
[05:13:11] <coderanger> svnsync
[05:13:26] <coderanger> There is also an experimental remote Subversion backend
[05:13:38] <coderanger> Its very slow though

[12:42:26] <The_Tick> the new dst crap
[12:44:55] <matt_good> well they should be stored in UTC, but displayed based on the system's time zone if that's what your asking
[12:45:07] <The_Tick> yea, that's what I'm asking
[12:45:13] <The_Tick> and you answered it :)

[15:17:14] <jwhitlark> anyone going to the trac sprints at pycon next week?
[15:20:35] <coderanger> Yep
[15:20:38] <coderanger> a bunch of us
[15:21:23] <coderanger> Also the Trac BoF and Matt's Trac presentation for that matter ;-)
[15:26:05] <jwhitlark> cool. last I saw there were a bunch of items for the trac sprint, I was just wondering what people were leaning towards.
[15:27:37] <coderanger> We really haven't decided, it depends on who the walk-ins are really
[15:27:54] <coderanger> I think workflow is very much on the list, given how much people want it done

[15:35:41] <jwhitlark> for someone who wants to sprint, but hasn't done much looking at the trac code base, do you have any suggestions of where I should begin?
[15:36:14] <jwhitlark> I'd like to get a little jump before Sunday night ;)
[15:37:25] <coderanger> Start looking at some plugins
[15:38:50] <coderanger> And read the TracDev guide (and maybe the Genshi intro stuff)

[16:26:54] * The_Tick has left #trac
[16:26:58] <matt_good> I was planning on going over the basics of the Trac plugin system
[16:28:13] <matt_good> and getting the people with Trac dev experience to split up amongst the groups
[17:14:33] <jwhitlark> matt_good: excellent. I'm looking forward to it. The last sprint I went too everyone else knew what they were doing, and weren't much interested in bringing newbies up to speed. I'm quite familiar with python, it's just trac's internal structure that I'm unaware of.
[17:14:37] <jwhitlark> see you there.
